1) Allowed content
This website allows its users to publish video LINKS from legal video platforms.
This website does not host any video files.
Commercial video links are not allowed.
Adult/Erotic video links are not allowed.
2) Comments
Disrespectful comments are systematically removed.
In case of recurrence, the user account is deleted.
3) Embedded content from other websites
This website include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, etc.).
Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Tunylink is not affiliated with those websites, has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party Websites.
Terms of sale
Applicable from 01/11/2021.
1) Object and scope
These general terms of sale (GTs) constitute the basis of commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or given to each buyer to enable him to place an order.
The general terms of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Tunylink company and of its customer in the context of the sale of the following product :
Advertising spaces on [tunylink.com] website.
Any acceptance of the quote/order form including the clause “I acknowledge having read and accept the attached general conditions of sale” implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general terms of sale.
2) Prices
Advetising spaces prices are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros.
Tunylink company grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice ordered advetising spaces at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
3) Rebates
The proposed prices include rebates that Tunylink company would be required to grant given its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain services.
4) Discounts
No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.
5) Payment terms
Orders are paid for:
either by check;
or by bank transfer;
Payments will be made within 7 days of delivery.
6) Late payment
In the event of total or partial non-payment, the buyer must pay Tunylink company a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate.
The legal interest rate used in the one in force on the day of delivery.
7) Cancellation clause
If within the fifteen days following the implementation of the “Late payment” clause, the buyer has not paid the sums remaining due, the sale will be automatically terminated and may give rise to the right to the allocation of damages for the benefit of Tunylink company.
8) Delivery
The advertising content have to be provided by customer.
The delivery takes effect when the advertising content is displayed in the ordered advertising space.
During adevertising period, customer can request to change his advertising content. Change takes effect within 24 hours after reception of the new advertising content.
9) Court of competent jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought in the Commercial Court :
